This special course, offered by Japan’s famous shochu maker, uses an abundance of local ingredients to create a dining-experience that features both Japanese and Western style dishes. Perfectly complemented by a wide selection of shochu, there are even some dishes that have shochu and koji (an ingredient in the shochu-making process) used in their preparation. This brewer is located in Kirishima Factory Garden, a popular spot for introducing Kirishima Shuzo to tourists.
